I'm looking to lose weight the healthy way, develop healthier habits and be able to see a nice, toned body with beautiful, long muscles. I don't want bones sticking out of my body. I want muscles and curves.
I believe in:
- Getting healthy instead of getting skinny
- Improving your body because you love it so much instead of trying to change it because you hate it so much
- Making smart choices instead of following a "diet"
- Think of getting fit as a hobby instead of making it an obnoxious requirement.
